Role & responsibilities

• Managed day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
• Maintained accurate financial records and prepared journal entries.
• Recorded and verified purchase entries, sales entries, and other accounting transactions.
• Handled petty cash management, including recording, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Posted and reconciled bank statement entries and performed regular bank reconciliations.
• Prepared and maintained GST records, ensuring timely compliance and return filing support.
• Processed TDS deductions, maintained related records, and assisted with statutory compliance.
• Utilized Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) for data analysis, reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Assisted in preparing financial reports, MIS reports, and month-end closing activities.
• Ensured accuracy of accounting records and compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
• Coordinated with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve accounting-related queries.
• Maintained proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
