Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic IT Account Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead high-value accounts in our Hyderabad office. This is a senior-level staffing role requiring a high-potential professional who can manage large-scale revenue streams and maintain sophisticated client relationships within the domestic IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership: Drive end-to-end management of major IT staffing accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and strategic alignment with client goals.
• Revenue Benchmarking: Proven capability in managing and scaling accounts that consistently generate ₹10–15 Lakhs in monthly revenue.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a consultant to client HR and technical leadership, providing insights on market trends and talent availability.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle and delivery pipeline, ensuring "stable" and "high-potential" talent is funneled into the client ecosystem.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8 to 12 years of solid experience strictly within Domestic IT Staffing organizations.
• Industry Pedigree: Candidates from premier staffing firms (e.g., FirstMeridian, TEKsystems) are strongly preferred.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of margins, contract staffing models, and client P&L management.
• Stability: A track record of tenure and consistent performance; we are looking for leaders, not frequent job-hoppers.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation power and the ability to command high-level professional meetings.
