Job Description
Space Designs is a leading interior design company specializing in residential and commercial interiors. We create functional, elegant, and innovative spaces with a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and modern design.
Position
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D/3D Interior Designer who can transform client requirements into visually stunning and practical interior designs.
Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
Prepare accurate 2D drawings, floor plans, layouts, and working drawings.
Develop realistic 3D interior visualizations and renders.
Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, living rooms, and complete home interiors.
Select suitable materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and furniture.
Coordinate with the execution team to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback.
Prepare BOQs and material specifications when required.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of SketchUp.
Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render.
Good understanding of modular furniture and residential interiors.
Strong space planning and visualization skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
1.5–3 years of experience in residential interior design is preferred.
