Job SummaryTeam Altaf Developers is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Female Tele Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective customers, explaining plot details, and scheduling site visits to help drive sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain project and plot details to potential buyers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.
• Basic computer knowledge and phone handling skills.
• Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and strong convincing skills.
