Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telesales Officer to promote and sell Tally Software over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, be target-driven, and possess the ability to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote and sell Tally Software solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for customer onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Software Sales, or Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of TallyPrime/Tally Software will be an added advantage.
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
