Job Description
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities📞 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and generate sales.
- 💬 Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- 🎯 Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings/sales.
- 🤝 Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- 💰 Take ownership of the sales process and effectively close deals.
- 📊 Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
- 💻 Use computer systems, MS Office/Google Workspace, WhatsApp and other basic software confidently.
- 🔍 Conduct regular competitor research to understand their pricing, offers, services and marketing strategies.
- 👥 Coordinate with team members and support team management and daily sales activities.
- 📈 Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- 🔄 Maintain proper follow-up schedules to ensure no potential lead is missed.
- ✅ Required Skills🗣️ Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- 🌐 Fluency in Telugu and English .(Candidates who know HINDI will pe preffered )
- 💼 Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close customers.
- 💻 Good computer/system knowledge.
- 📋 Hands-on knowledge of CRM software and lead management.
- 🔎 Good analytical and competitor research skills.
- 👥 Ability to coordinate and manage a team effectively.
- ⚡ Energetic, confident, target-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
- 🎯 Previous telesales/telecalling experience is preferred.
