Telesales Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Telecaller / Lead Follow-up Executive to handle customer calls, follow up with interior design leads, schedule meetings, and maintain customer relationships.

The candidate should have good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi and should be comfortable speaking with premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with interior design leads generated from:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• Website enquiries
• Walk-in clients
• Explain company services and project process.
• Schedule appointments for design consultation meetings.
• Maintain daily lead status in CRM / Google Sheet.
• Coordinate with sales team, designers, and management.
• Follow up with old leads and inactive customers.
• Send WhatsApp messages, quotations, and brochures.
• Handle basic customer queries professionally.
• Maintain proper customer database and call records.
• Collect project requirements like:
• Property type
• Location
• Budget
• Possession date
• Required works
