Job Description:

• Contact prospective candidates and explain training programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding course inquiries.
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain lead records.
• Provide information about course curriculum, fees, schedules, and certification benefits.
• Support candidates through the enrollment process.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication with students and parents.

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and local languages.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior tele-calling or sales experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to convince and counsel prospective students.
