Job Description for Presales Executive
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services
Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
Meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with leads and close sales
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
