Job Description:

The Heavenly Constructions is looking for a motivated and experienced Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in customer handling, and the ability to generate quality leads through telecalling.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain the company's construction services and projects.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Schedule client meetings and site visits.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer data.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
• Confident and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
