Job Description
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers using predefined scripts to promote products or services, generate leads, or set appointments.
- Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from consumers seeking assistance, information, or solutions to their complaints.
- Lead Tracking: Obtain, verify, and update contact details and customer feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for successful calls, sales, or lead conversions.
- Relationship Building: Address client queries, remain patient with challenging dispositions, and switch communication styles to suit the listener.
