Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce water purifier products and services.
- Customer Support: Answer inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and questions.
- Scheduling: Book appointments and coordinate with the field sales or service technician teams.
- Follow-Ups: Follow up with prospects, existing clients (e.g., for annual maintenance/filter changes), and leads.
Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply; training is often provided.
Base Salary: Typically ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
