Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our legal services team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our legal assistance services, handling inquiries, and scheduling consultations with advocates.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
• Explain legal services and answer basic customer queries.
• Follow up with interested prospects via phone and WhatsApp.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for advocates.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
• Build positive relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 0 months to 2 years of telecalling/customer service experience (Freshers can also apply).
• Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Experience customer support, or lead generation is preferred.

Working Hours🕘 09:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary💰 ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Training and support provided.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
