Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Respond to inquiries received through digital platforms, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and timeline.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to potential buyers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and SMS.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the system.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead management.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and follow-up activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
- Achieve individual KPIs related to lead qualification, site visit generation, and customer engagement.
