Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic telecaller with at least 6 months of experience in Real Estate, specifically in Apartment & Villa sales. The role involves lead generation, customer follow-ups, and scheduling site visits to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain project details and resolve customer queries.

Generate leads and schedule site visits.

Follow up with prospects to maximise conversions.

Maintain customer records

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of real estate telecalling experience.

Experience in apartments and villas is mandatory.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Bike is mandatory for male candidates.

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
