Job Description

Store Executive – Brief Job Description


  • Ensure children’s safety and active supervision throughout the play area.
  • Assist children with play equipment and ensure all play-area rules and safety guidelines are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of the play area and toys.
  • Regularly check equipment and report any damage, hazard, or maintenance issue immediately.
  • Provide polite and friendly customer service to children and parents.
  • Handle minor incidents appropriately and immediately report accidents or emergencies to the senior.
  • Stay at the assigned area during duty hours and avoid unnecessary mobile phone use or unauthorized breaks.
  • Coordinate with team members and perform other duties assigned by the Play Area In-Charge/Management.
