We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store/outlet operations.
- Prepare and manage team schedules.
- Take responsibility for inventory and stock management.
- Ensure smooth outlet operations and achieve business targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Maintain excellent customer service and company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a QSR(Quick Service Restaurant) or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in inventory management and team handling.
- Ability to manage store operations independently.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹22,000 per month
