A Shift
Incharge in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment is a frontline
operational leader. They direct daily warehouse, fulfillment, and
transportation workflows during a specific shift to meet strict client SLAs
(Service Level Agreements), drive team productivity, and ensure smooth supply
chain execution.

Experience: 2–5 years in warehouse operations, distribution, or transport

(ERP) software, and MS Excel. 3. Soft Skills: Crisis management, strong
verbal communication, and conflict resolution.
