A-to-Z Project Planning & Master Scheduling

​The Master Timeline: Take the approved design package and convert it into a bulletproof Project Timeline (Gantt Chart/Sprint Schedule), defining exact milestone dates from civil dismantling to final handover.

​Resource Allocation: Map out labor requirements, supervisor site deployment, and material procurement timelines to ensure zero operational bottlenecks across all running sites simultaneously.

​Risk Mitigation: Identify potential site issues (structural constraints, dampness, society timing restrictions) early and build preventive solutions into the planning phase.

​2. Production & Vendor Architecture

​Drawing Audits: Conduct rigorous structural audits of 2D/3D working drawings before they hit the production stage. Ensure there are zero dimensional discrepancies.

​Modular Factory & Workshop Dispatch: Own the entire backend production loop. Translate design drawings into flawless cutting lists/production orders for modular manufacturing and local carpentry workshops.

​Supply Chain Command: Manage relationship cycles with major premium vendors (plywood, hardware, stone, glass, home automation). Negotiate delivery timelines and enforce strict material quality parameters before dispatch.

​3. Execution Leadership & Quality Control

​Supervisor Command: Directly manage, guide, and hold accountable your team of Site Supervisors. Review their Daily Progress Reports (DSR) and run surprise site checks to audit execution standards.

​Complex Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the ultimate technical authority on-site. Resolve complex structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), or customization challenges that supervisors cannot handle.

​Flawless Finish Enforcement: Conduct multi-stage quality audits (Structure framework, Pre-lamination, Final finishing). Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for alignment errors, finishing flaws, or material mishandling.

​4. Client Management & Turnkey Handover

​High-Value Client Interfacing: Act as the primary corporate contact for the client during the execution lifecycle. Lead weekly or bi-weekly site walkthroughs with clients to present milestones.

​Escalation Firewall: Absorb and resolve all client complaints, modifications, or concerns regarding on-site progress, shielding the founder entirely from operational friction.

​Snag-Free Handover: Run a comprehensive internal "snagging list" audit, rectify every minor detail, and manage the final premium handover experience for the client.

​🎯 Key Requirements & Skills

​Experience: 6+ years managing high-end, luxury residential turnkey interior projects in Hyderabad. Past experience leading teams of supervisors and handling multiple active sites (5 to 10 concurrently) is mandatory.

​Technical Architecture: Deep, exhaustive practical knowledge of all interior trades: civil work, advanced carpentry, modular furniture assembly, false ceilings, MEP networks, premium stone fabrication, and paint compositions.

​Software & Management Command: Smooth handling of project management software (MS Project, Asana, Excel) and CAD viewer platforms.

​Leadership Traits: Impeccable communication and negotiation skills in English and Telugu. Must command absolute respect from workers, supervisors, and high-net-worth clients alike.
