Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments/stores.
  • Prepare sales, inventory, attendance, productivity, and performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate Excel databases and ensure timely data updates.
  • Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF, etc.)
  • Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with teams for corrections.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management for decision-making.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Required SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Good analytical and data-management skills.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
