Job Description
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client’s business, structure, culture, and hiring patterns.
- Schedule regular check-ins with clients to review performance, hiring feedback, and future needs.
- Prepare client presentations, hiring reports, and dashboards as required.
- Maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Manage escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented communication.
2. Requirement Understanding & Job Briefing
- Conduct job briefing calls with client hiring managers.
- Clarify technical, functional, and cultural requirements for each role.
- Translate job descriptions into sourcing briefs and strategy documents.
- Set realistic hiring timelines and expectations with clients.
3. Sourcing & Candidate Identification
- Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases for active and passive candidate sourcing.
- Engage in headhunting, referrals, networking, and social recruiting.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
- Utilize Boolean search and recruitment tools efficiently for targeted results.
4. Screening, Assessment & Interviewing
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, or face-to-face preliminary interviews.
- Assess technical fit, communication, attitude, stability, and alignment with client culture.
- Share candidate profiles with structured evaluation notes.
- Coach candidates for client interviews when required.
5. Interview Coordination & Client Liaison
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely updates.
- Follow up post-interviews for feedback and decisions.
- Negotiate salary expectations, notice periods, and joining dates on behalf of clients.
- Maintain transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
6. Offer Management & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate offer release and acceptance with clients and candidates.
- Ensure background verification and joining formalities are completed.
- Conduct post-joining follow-ups for 30/60/90 days to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Manage replacements, if applicable, under the agreed guarantee clause.
7. Business Development Support
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and references.
- Support the leadership team in lead generation and proposal preparation.
- Participate in client pitch meetings when required.
- Maintain a healthy client conversion and retention ratio.
8. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed trackers of client mandates, candidate pipeline, and closure status.
- Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal documentation, contracts, and data confidentiality.
