Senior Campaign Manager

For Senior Manager role:

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale field operations across multiple districts in Telangana.

Plan manpower deployment, geographic allocation and daily/weekly field targets.

Manage and coordinate Field Supervisors and Field Executives.

Monitor daily MIS and identify underperforming areas/personnel.

Conduct regular quality checks, back-checks and field audits to ensure data accuracy and prevent duplication.

Analyse field data and recommend manpower redeployment based on progress and workload.

Resolve field-level operational issues and escalate critical matters to senior management.

Ensure that field personnel follow approved processes while conducting surveys, outreach and enrolment assistance.

Prepare daily/weekly management reports covering coverage, productivity, pending cases, data quality and manpower utilization in given template.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in field operations, surveys, research, data collection or managing large field teams.

Experience managing multiple field teams across different locations.

Experience in large-scale field deployment and manpower coordination preferred.

Good understanding of MIS, productivity tracking and quality control.

Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic digital tools.

Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory.

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations in Telangana.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
