Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Lead to drive business growth, lead the sales

team, and expand Bijliride’s customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills,

experience in field sales or B2B/B2C sales, and the ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.

● Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

● Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

● Monitor daily sales activities, performance, and team productivity.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

● Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

● Train, motivate, and mentor sales executives.

● Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

● Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for business growth initiatives.

Required Skills

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

● Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.

● Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

● Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

● Bachelor’s degree preferred.

● 2–5 years of experience in sales/team handling roles.

● Experience in EV, mobility, logistics, automobile, fintech, or related industries is preferred.
