- The Insurance Team Lead – Sales is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of insurance sales representatives, and ensuring achievement of revenue and customer acquisition targets. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- With at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of life, health, and general insurance products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
