Sales & Marketing Executive

Connect 2 Insure is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves calling customers, generating leads, explaining insurance products, and scheduling appointments or closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain motor, health, life, and other insurance products.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with customers for quotations, renewals, and policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily call and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Telugu (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior telecalling, sales, or insurance experience is preferred but freshers are welcome.
