Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / BDE / BDM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships and driving property sales. The role involves handling end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals and digital platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Provide end-to-end support throughout the buying process

3. Deal Closure

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales
  • Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth transactions

4. Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities and pricing
  • Maintain knowledge of available inventory and upcoming projects

5. Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales pipeline
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management

 

Role Differentiation (BDE vs. BDM)

BDE (Business Development Executive):

  • Focus on lead generation and initial client engagement
  • Handle inbound/outbound sales calls
  • Support senior team members in closing deals

BDM (Business Development Manager):

  • Lead sales strategy and team performance
  • Handle high-value clients and key accounts
  • Drive revenue growth and manage sales targets
  • Mentor and guide BDEs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in residential/commercial property sales
  • Local market knowledge
  • Strong networking abilities
