Job Description

As a Solar Sales Executive, you are the driving force behind clean energy adoption, guiding clients through their transition to solar power. This field and consultative role focuses on turning prospects into long-term clean energy partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively source new residential or commercial opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and following up on marketing leads.
  • Consultation & Site Visits: Meet with clients to analyze energy bills, evaluate roof suitability, and explain the financial benefits of solar systems, including tax incentives and rebates.
  • Proposal Presentation: Collaborate with technical teams to design custom system proposals, present ROI projections, and discuss flexible financing options.
  • Closing & Relationship Building: Negotiate and close sales contracts while maintaining strong customer relationships to secure future referrals.
