Job Description
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Explain features, specifications, pricing, and benefits of OLA electric scooters.
- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test rides for customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads from walk-ins, phone calls, and referrals.
- Assist customers with finance, loan, insurance, and documentation processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize showroom conversions.
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth vehicle handover.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals.
- Stay updated on EV technology, competitors, and new product launches.
