Key Responsibilities:

Ø Monitor and guide Pre-Primary operations across all branches

Ø Ensure uniformity in curriculum, discipline, and operational standards

Ø Align all branches with organizational and board-specific academic frameworks

Ø Supervise and support Pre-Primary Coordinators across branches

Ø Review and analyse branch-wise academic and operational performance

Ø Provide strategic direction and continuous feedback

Ø Conduct regular branch visits for on-ground evaluation

Ø Audit classroom practices, infrastructure, safety, and discipline standards

Ø Develop and track branch improvement plans

Ø Design and implement teacher and coordinator training programs
