Plumber

• Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, pipelines, valves, pumps, and plumbing fixtures.
• Attend and resolve guest complaints related to plumbing, water supply, drainage, and leakages.
• Maintain bathrooms, toilets, faucets, washbasins, showers, water heaters, and sanitary fittings.
• Inspect and repair water pumps, sewage lines, and drainage systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor water tanks and plumbing equipment for proper functioning.
• Maintain daily maintenance records and plumbing service logs.
• Follow hotel SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team and external contractors for plumbing repairs and installations.
• Respond to emergency plumbing breakdowns and water leakage issues.

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Work in guest rooms, public areas, plant rooms, rooftops, and confined spaces.
• On-call availability for emergency plumbing repairs.
