Job Description
To enhance the quality of mathematics teaching and learning across the institution by developing curriculum resources.
- Develop and standardize mathematics curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching resources
- Support teachers in lesson planning, concept delivery, and activity-based learning
- Mentor teachers to improve subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
- Provide continuous feedback through classroom observations and reviews
- Analyze student performance data to identify gaps and trends
