• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain inventory records with accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and spare parts.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for stock movement.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
• Track inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of inventory.
• Maintain inventory in ERP/Excel and generate MIS reports.
• Follow inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management or Warehouse Operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
