Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international customer service process. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and providing a smooth customer experience through voice and non-voice channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice and/or non-voice channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Requirements
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with prior customer service/BPO experience are also welcome.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
