Inside Sales Executive

Solara Home Solara is a fast-growing, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) kitchen appliances brand revolutionizing the modern Indian kitchen with our premium air fryers, air fryer ovens, and juicers. We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Demo Sales Executive to be the face of our brand in Hyderabad.


Position Details Location: Hi Tech City, Hyderabad, Telangana

Employment Type: Full-time

Availability: Immediate Joining

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Work Mode: On-site

Package: Pay based on skill


Key Responsibilities

• Live Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, high-energy live product demos at retail partner counters, industry exhibitions, and brand activation events.

• Virtual Sales: Handle WhatsApp and video call demonstrations to effectively convert warm online leads into customers.

• Customer Engagement: Educate customers on product features, answer queries, and confidently close sales.

• Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate daily sales reports and collect valuable on-the-ground customer feedback to share with the product team.

• Target Achievement: Work consistently towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales and conversion targets.


What We Are Looking For


• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, inside sales, or appliance demonstration.

• Industry Background: Prior experience at major electronics retailers (e.g., Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance Digital) is highly preferred.

• Language Skills: Full fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

• Adaptability: Highly comfortable shifting between on-ground physical sales and on-camera virtual dem

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a confident demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.
