Position: HR Executive
Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Conducting interviews and coordinating with department heads
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintaining attendance and HR records
- Supporting payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations
- Handling employee queries and maintaining HR policies
- Eligibility: Any Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
