Franchise Sales Manager

About the Role: FedPay is offering an exciting opportunity in the UPI merchant payment device business. We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Advisor who can effectively explain our investment opportunity to prospective customers and convert qualified leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle leads generated through digital marketing and social media campaigns.

Explain the FedPay UPI merchant payment device investment opportunity clearly and professionally.

Understand customer requirements and address their queries.

Build trust with prospects and close sales.

Follow up with interested leads until closure.

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and documentation.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Experience in telesales, investment sales, fintech, or franchise sales is preferred.

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
