Job Summary:

We are looking for a Female Food & Beverage Server to provide efficient and friendly service to customers at the café while ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide courteous service.

Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/café team.

Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.

Assist customers with menu-related queries and basic recommendations.

Ensure tables and the café service area are clean and well maintained.

Collect and clear used plates, glasses and other service items.

Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier team for smooth order processing.

Maintain proper hygiene and follow food safety standards.

Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.

Follow company SOPs and maintain service standards.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Pleasant personality and a customer-friendly approach.

Basic understanding of food & beverage service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced café/mall environment.

Prior experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, retail or customer service will be an advantage.
