Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Site In charge to manage on-site sales and provide exceptional service to potential buyers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, providing property tours, handling inquiries, and closing sales. This is a customer-facing role that requires a proactive, professional individual who will be based at the site to create a positive and engaging experience for visitors.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement & Welcome:


  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors and potential customers at the apartment site.
  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive, providing information about available apartments, pricing, and amenities.
  • Answer any questions regarding the property, neighbourhood, and apartment features.
  1. Sales & Property Tours:
  • Conduct personalized property tours for interested buyers, showcasing apartments, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Present the features and benefits of each apartment unit to highlight their value.
  • Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits of purchasing an apartment at the site, addressing customer objections, and finalizing agreements.
  • Customer Service
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by being attentive, approachable, and knowledgeable.
  • Address customer concerns or inquiries with professionalism and urgency, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Handle post-visit follow-ups to maintain interest and encourage sales closure.
  • Sales Administration & Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of site visitors, inquiries, and sales activity.
  • Update client information in the system and track the progress of sales leads.
  • Prepare reports on daily customer interactions and sales progress to submit to management.

Site Management & Presentation:


  • Ensure the site is always well-presented and welcoming for visitors.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the sales office and show apartments.
  • Coordinate with maintenance or other teams to address any site-related issues or improvements.
  1. Communication & Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement on-site promotional strategies or events.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales on the spot.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and inquiries simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling all aspects of site operations.


Professional appearance and a positive attitude.


  • Preferred: Experience in real estate sales, customer-facing roles, or property management.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and competitive landscape.
