Job Description
A sales executive B2C (business-to-consumer) in KehanSri Technologies is responsible for selling products or services directly to individual customers. The main job of a sales executive B2C is to develop and maintain relationships with customers and increase sales revenue for the company.
The job responsibilities of a sales executive B2C in KehanSri Technologies includes:
· Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Building relationships with potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
· Understanding customers' needs and identifying how the company's products and services can meet those needs.
· Communicating the features and benefits of the company's products or services to customers.
· Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints or issues.
· Creating and delivering sales presentations to potential customers.
· Negotiating sales contracts and agreements with customers.
· Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
· Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as marketing and product development, to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
· Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
Successful sales executives B2C should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be highly motivated to achieve sales goals. They should also have a good understanding of the products or services they are selling and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be required, and experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
