Role Summary: The Smart Investor Financial Services is hiring Field Sales Executives to drive insurance sales through direct customer meetings and relationship building in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales: Visit assigned territories, meet prospects, and generate leads for Life, Health, Motor & General Insurance

Customer Consultation: Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and claims process to customers

Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales & collection targets

Documentation: Assist with KYC, proposal forms, policy issuance, and renewals

Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals

Market Updates: Share competitor activity and feedback with management

Requirements

Minimum 1 Year experience in Field Sales.

Must own a Two Wheeler with valid Driving License & Insurance

Graduation preferred

Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu

Target-driven, confident, and good negotiation skills

Android smartphone required
