Hiring: Experienced Fiber Splicer / ISP Telecom Technician

We are looking for an experienced Fiber Splicer / ISP Telecom Technician to join our broadband and fiber network operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform fiber optic cable splicing and jointing.

Conduct OTDR testing and identify fiber faults.

Carry out fiber network maintenance and troubleshooting.

Install, commission, and activate fiber optic networks.

Perform pole-to-pole fiber cable installation and maintenance.

Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely project execution.

Ensure maximum network uptime and maintain high service quality.

Follow all safety standards during field operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in ISP/Fiber Telecom operations.

Hands-on experience with fiber splicing machines and OTDR equipment.

Good knowledge of fiber fault detection and network maintenance.

Ability to work in the field, including pole-to-pole activities.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
