📌 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Contact customers through outbound calls regarding pending payments

💬 Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely payment settlements

📋 Follow up with customers and maintain accurate collection records

🤝 Build positive relationships while handling collections professionally

🚗 Visit clients when required for payment collection and issue resolution

📊 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

📝 Update payment status and customer interactions in the system

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical debt recovery practices

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month(As per skill & experience)

💸 Incentive: ₹60,000+ (As per Performance)
