Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented professional to handle bulk agreements processing. The role requires expertise in MS Word and Excel, along with the ability to manage agreements using automation tools, templates, or batch processing techniques, rather than manual one-by-one work.

• Key Responsibilities:Process and generate 30–40 agreements daily using automated tools, templates, or bulk processing methods
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and formatting in all agreements
• Develop and use Word templates, mail merge, macros, or Excel-based automation to improve productivity
• Maintain and update agreement data records in Excel sheets or database systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and approvals
• Handle modifications, corrections, and reprocessing of agreements when required
• Ensure all agreements are completed within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping (soft copies/hard copies)
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort
• Skill Requirements:Strong knowledge of:
• MS Word (Advanced) – Templates, Mail Merge, Formatting
• MS Excel (Advanced) – Formulas, Data Handling, Bulk Processing
• Ability to handle high-volume work efficiently
• Knowledge of automation tools / macros / shortcuts is mandatory
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of agreements/contracts (preferred)
• Experience Required:1–3 years in documentation / agreements / data processing roles
• Experience in bulk document handling is an added advantage
• Work should be completed using efficient methods (automation/tools)
• Manual processing should be minimized

Note: Experience in DTP (Desktop Publishing) will be considered an added advantage.
