Customer Support Executive

About the Role

Family Doctor is looking for a creative and self-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help build and grow our healthcare brand online.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment, takes ownership, and can independently manage social media and digital marketing activities.

• ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging social media posts using Canva or similar design tools.
• Design posters, banners, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
• Plan and publish daily content.
• Write captions and marketing copy.
• Create reels, short videos, and basic video edits.
• Generate ideas for campaigns and brand awareness.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Coordinate with the team for product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Track engagement and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with current social media trends.
• Required SkillsMinimum 1 year of Digital Marketing experience.
• Good knowledge of Canva.
• Experience creating posters and social media creatives.
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush, etc.) are preferred.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
• Basic understanding of SEO and Google Business Profile is an advantage.
• Good written English.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work ArrangementThis is a work-from-office role in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

If you are currently doing freelance work or another remote job, that's acceptable provided you work from our office, complete your responsibilities, and effectively manage your commitments.

• Salary & GrowthInitial salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Performance review after 1 month
• A significant salary hike will be considered based on your contribution, creativity, ownership, and overall performance.
