Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day support activities for clients/franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Provide call, WhatsApp, and email support to customers/franchisees.
- Maintain records, reports, and follow-up updates.
- Assist in onboarding and training support.
- Resolve queries professionally and within timelines.
- Support operations and management in daily tasks.
- Maintain good communication and relationship with clients.
- Required Skills:Good communication skills in English & Telugu/Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email)
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and team coordination
- Preferred Candidate:Female/Male candidates
- Smart, active, and professional behavior
- Experience in support/customer service preferred
