Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Voice & Chat (Zomato Process)

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for the Zomato Customer Delight (CD) Process. This role involves handling customer queries through both Voice (50%) and Chat (50%) support channels. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions via Voice and Chat support.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Follow company policies and quality guidelines.

Ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Excellent communication skills (V5 level) required.

Good English and Hindi communication is mandatory.

Candidate must have their own laptop/desktop and stable Wi-Fi connection.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule

9-hour shift (8 hours working + 1 hour break).

Rotational shifts.

Rotational weekly off.

System Requirements

Intel Core i3 processor or above.

Minimum 4 GB RAM.

Stable broadband internet connection.

Salary & Benefits

Freshers:

CTC: ₹19,000 per month

In-hand Salary: ₹15,410 per month

Quarterly Bonus: ₹1,929

Experienced Candidates:

CTC: ₹20,000 per month

In-hand Salary: ₹16,253 per month

Quarterly Bonus: ₹1,929
