Counter Sales Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Front-of-House & Guest Hospitality:
• Welcome guests warmly upon entry, guide them through the premises, and answer inquiries regarding showtimes, seating options, and movie genres.
• Address customer concerns or queries promptly to ensure a smooth cinema experience.
• Ticketing & Box Office Operations:
• Process ticket sales, bookings, and cancellations accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Scan digital/printed tickets at entry turnstiles and direct guests to their assigned auditoriums.
• Concessions & In-Seat Dining (F&B):
• Manage snack counters: take orders, prepare popcorn and beverages, and suggest promotional combos.
• Execute "Service-on-Seat" delivery by taking F&B orders directly to guests inside premium auditoriums during pre-shows or intervals.
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards at all F&B counters and kitchen prep areas.
• Auditorium Management & Ushering:
• Assist patrons with seating before screenings and ensure quiet, comfortable viewing environments.
• Conduct periodic checks inside auditoriums during movie runs to monitor temperature, audio quality, and guest compliance.
• Coordinate swift clean-ups between movie screenings to maintain auditorium standards.
• Cash Handling & Daily Reporting:
• Manage cash, card, and UPI payments accurately at billing counters and reconcile register totals at the end of each shift.
