Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to recover outstanding payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve collection targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- 1+ year of experience in Collections/Recovery preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Language Requirement
- Fluent in Telugu & English OR Hindi & English.
