Job Description

Outbound Calling: Make daily debt recovery calls to customers with outstanding balances.

Payment Negotiation: Set up structured repayment plans and settlement agreements.

Account Tracking: Document clear call notes and update payment commitments in the CRM system.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volumes and monthly recovery metrics.

Query Resolution: Answer customer questions regarding pending invoices or loan statement details.

Compliance Adherence: Practice polite telephone etiquette and follow legal debt-collection guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
