Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and negotiate payment solutions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.
- Prepare and analyze collection reports, productivity reports, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with finance, customer service, and other departments to resolve account-related issue
